  1. How can I become a member in Peer Resources program?
Simply join our membership program by clicking on the sign up icon and full out your profile information in a few quick steps. Your profile will not be shared with any other institutions and guarding your privacy is the highest priority of our services. Please see our privacy policy section.

  2. How can I find the research information I want?
You can locate the research you want either by using our browse services or using our search engine. Once you find what you want, for professional resources, you can obtain access directly from our partner websites, and for peer resources, you need to be a registered member to be able to download the desired presentations.

  3. How does the membership program work at Peer Resources?
Upon registering to our membership program, you will be automatically granted 3 free titan points. Then you can freely search or browse in our Peer Resources database which consists of presentations, research reports and other analyses from members just like you. For every time you download one analysis from our Peer Database, one point will be deducted from the 3 points granted to you in the beginning. After you download three analyses, the points you possess will become zero and you will no longer be able to download additional reports unless you earn additional points.

  4. How can I earn additional titan points?
There are three ways that you can accumulate your points.
i). Via contributing your research works. You can upload your presentation or analyses into our centralized peer database and for each piece you contribute, you earn 5 points. For example, if you choose to contribute 3 presentations into the peer pool upon your initial registering, you will have 3 x 5 = 15 points in addition to the 3 free points granted to by Infotitan. So in total you will have 15+3=18 points to start with as a member.
    ii). Via use of your analyses by other members. For example, if one of our peers download one of your contributions, you will earn 1 point. (Similarly, if you download one presentation from another member, 1 point will be deducted from your total points and be given to that member);
iii). Via purchase. In case your total points reach zero and you have the need to search and use presentations from your peers, you can purchase points from Infotitan at $1 per point.

  5. Do I still have the ownership and full right of my work after I contribute them to the Peer Resources database?
Absolutely. No one can take the credit of your good work and what Infotitan does is only providing a centralized place to pool the numerous analyses together from various sources in a structured and easy-of-access manner. However, by uploading your contribution, you agree that any other members in the program have the right to search, view and download your work for references.
When uploading your contribution, our service will prompt you to enter some essential information such as the name of the author - this is one of the measures to secure the identity and the ownership of your work, so please take a few minutes to do so then. Another way for identifying the ownership is, for instance, to make sure your name appears in every slide of your presentation by using the "header and footer" option.
Finally, Infotitan reserves the right to delete any improper contribution to our database or even membership given adequate rationale such as other members' feedback.

  6. Can I still modify my contribution once they are uploaded to the Peer Resources database?
Yes you can. You may do so by simply going into your account management section under myInfotitan. Then you will see a list of the work you have contributed. By clicking on "Improve" link, you will able to make changes and additions to your contribution. As a matter of fact, this is another benefit for becoming a member - you will have a free and readily available online storage of your essential works.

  7. What if my work contains some company specific proprietary information or even private information?
We strongly encourage you to omit any section of your contribution that you think may contain proprietary information or adverse legal implication. Regarding private information, for example, the specific name reference to one of your fellow students in your presentation, we trust your discretion in filtering the unwanted information so that you feel completely comfortable in submitting them.

  8. Is there any required standard format I need to follow in my contributions?
No. For your convenience, Infotitan will accept and love your contribution as who they are, regardless of cosmetics. However, Infotitan strongly encourage contributors to follow the basic principles in your research work. For example, please ensure that all the right sources for your quotation is sufficiently marked and explained in your presentations.

  9. How can we make sure the consistent quality of the contributions?
As a user of other members' research work, you can voluntarily provide feedbacks to the analyses you have downloaded and evaluated through our rating or commenting channels. As a result, future users will be able to avoid those contributors who consistently receives low rating and poor comments. At the same time, Infotitan has the right to delete works that are inappropriate or of outrageously low quality.

  10. What is the relationship between Professional Resources and Peer Resources?
Whenever you perform a search function, related reports and analyses in both Professional Resources and Peer Resources spaces will appear as your search results. And the results are laid out in a way so that you will see a brief description of the content and know which ones are from professional research companies and which ones from Infotitan Peer Resources Pool.
